Guarantee Policy:

1) A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

2) The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance, at that time.

3) If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately with your credit card.

4) Tax and service charges are already included in the rates. Please Note: Your $100 Internet Special Discount will be deducted from your final payment.

Cancellation Policy:

1) If booking is cancelled 21 days prior to arrival, there will be no penalty charged.

2) If booking is cancelled between 8 and 20 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

3) If booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
